Elmich Care is working to improve CQC Rating

Elmich Care was rated Good in all areas during the last inspection visit by the Care Quality Commission CQC in January 2018. As the company grows the management is focussed on driving improvement as they target ‘Outstanding’ rating. The management is committed to high standard of care and support, increased compliance monitoring by appointing a compliance manager, increased investment in training and support for the care workers. This will see more training equipment to support the drive for the company face to face staff training.
